1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when placing an order or contacting us. This may include your full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order-related information necessary to process and deliver your purchase.

2. Order Information

When you place an order, we may collect details such as the products selected, quantities, delivery instructions, order status, and transaction-related records. This information helps us accurately prepare, dispatch, track, and complete your order.

3. Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery is the only payment option available for purchases. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, debit card information, banking credentials, or online payment account details through our website.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process and confirm orders, arrange Cash On Delivery shipments, coordinate delivery, provide order notifications, respond to customer support requests, handle returns and refunds, and improve our products and services.

5. Delivery and Logistics

We may provide necessary customer and delivery information to trusted logistics and courier partners so that they can collect Cash On Delivery payments, transport packages, verify delivery details, and complete doorstep delivery.

If you request a return or refund, we may use your order details, contact information, delivery information, and returned-product information to verify the request, coordinate the return process, inspect the returned item, and process an eligible refund.

7. Refund Information

Because all purchases are made through Cash On Delivery, refunds are handled separately from the original payment collection process. Where a refund is approved, we may request appropriate information required to complete the refund through an available refund method.

8. Communications

We may use your phone number or email address to send order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, return-related communications, refund updates, and customer service responses. These communications are directly related to your interaction with our services.

9. Website Usage Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device information, general usage activity, pages viewed, and approximate access information. This helps us maintain website functionality, security, and performance.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain essential website functionality, understand website usage, and improve the overall shopping experience. You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings.

11. Data Protection

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or loss. Security measures may include encrypted data transmission, restricted access, and controlled database permissions.

12. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to provide services, including with delivery partners, technology providers, customer support providers, or other service providers that assist with operating the website and fulfilling orders.

13. Service Providers

Third-party service providers may process limited information on our behalf for functions such as website hosting, analytics, communications, order management, customer support, and logistics. Such providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain order and business records, resolve disputes, provide customer support, comply with applicable requirements, and protect our legitimate interests.

15. Account Information

Our shopping service does not require customers to create an account to place an order. We therefore do not require account passwords or account credentials for standard purchases.

16. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intentionally designed to collect personal information directly from children. If we become aware that personal information has been submitted by a child without appropriate authorization, we may take reasonable steps to remove or delete such information.

17. Fraud and Security

We may use collected information to detect suspicious orders, prevent fraudulent activity, verify delivery information, protect customers and our services, and investigate misuse of the website or ordering system.

18. Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, lawful requests from authorities, or to protect the rights, safety, property, and security of our customers, services, or operations.

19. Your Privacy Choices

You may request information about the personal data associated with your orders and may ask for correction of inaccurate information where applicable. Certain information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.

20. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, practices, technologies, or legal requirements change. Any updated version will be made available through the website, and continued use of the services after an update may be subject to the revised policy.

21. Privacy Questions

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding the handling of your personal information, you may contact the customer support team through the communication channels provided on the website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, browsing its content, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided is genuine, current, and sufficient for successful order processing and delivery.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, sizes, colors, availability, and other product information displayed on the website are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, packaging changes, or supplier updates.

4. Product Availability

Products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order when an item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied as displayed.

5. Order Placement

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be reviewed before confirmation to verify product availability, delivery information, contact details, and other necessary order information.

6. Order Confirmation

Order confirmation may be provided through the contact information submitted during checkout. Receiving an order acknowledgement does not necessarily guarantee fulfillment if the product becomes unavailable or the order cannot be successfully verified.

7. Cash On Delivery Payments

Cash On Delivery is the only payment method available for purchases. Customers agree to pay the complete order amount to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Online card payments, bank transfers, and other advance payment methods are not required to place an order through the website.

8. Delivery Payment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for having the required payment amount available when the order arrives. Failure to provide the required payment may result in the order being returned, cancelled, or otherwise treated as an unsuccessful delivery.

9. Delivery Information

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, reachable phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within the applicable processing period. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Delivery Attempts

Delivery may require one or more attempts depending on courier procedures and customer availability. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the package, provides incorrect information, or cannot provide the required Cash On Delivery payment, additional delivery attempts may not be guaranteed.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping or delivery process, cancellation may no longer be possible. We may also cancel orders involving inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or operational limitations.

13. Returns

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the applicable return policy. Returned products must meet the required condition and eligibility criteria. Certain products may be excluded from return due to hygiene, safety, consumable, or product-specific restrictions.

14. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, customers should report the issue promptly through customer support. Supporting information or photographs may be requested to verify the claim.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and verified where applicable. Since orders are placed using Cash On Delivery, refunds are handled separately from the original delivery payment collection.

16. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions, warnings, labels, and recommendations provided with the product. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper, unauthorized, or negligent use.

17. Pricing and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices and product information. If a significant pricing, description, availability, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.

18. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

19. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, layouts, icons, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

20. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers for services such as logistics, hosting, communications, analytics, website functionality, and customer support. Use of these services may be subject to the respective provider's terms and policies.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, product misuse, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

22. Force Majeure

We will not be considered responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, severe weather, government restrictions, communication failures, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

23. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website and placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as necessary to provide shopping, delivery, customer support, return, and refund services.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, policies, operations, or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be made available on the website, and continued use of the website may be subject to the revised terms.

25. Contact and Support

For questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, products, or these Terms & Conditions, customers may use the customer support channels provided on the website.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, or other items supplied with the order.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be suitable for resale unless the return is being requested because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Products showing signs of misuse, excessive wear, alteration, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, consumable, personalized, opened, perishable, or product-specific restrictions. Any applicable exclusions may be stated on the relevant product page or communicated during the return process.

4. Return Request

Customers must submit a return request within 14 calendar days of delivery using the available customer support or contact channels. The request should include the order information, product details, reason for return, and any supporting photographs or information requested for verification.

5. Return Approval

Every return request is subject to eligibility verification. A return authorization may be provided after reviewing the request and confirming that the product and reason for return meet the applicable return requirements.

6. Return Pickup

Where a return is approved, pickup arrangements may be made through an authorized courier or logistics partner. Customers should securely pack the product and include the required original components before handing the package to the pickup agent.

7. Return Shipping

For eligible returns caused by damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, return pickup may be provided without additional shipping charges. For other return reasons, applicable return conditions may vary depending on the product and circumstances.

8. Damaged Products

If a product arrives visibly damaged, customers should report the issue as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage may be requested to assist with verification.

9. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a product that differs from your order or discover that an item or component is missing, contact customer support promptly. After verification, an eligible replacement, return, or refund may be arranged according to the circumstances.

10. Cash On Delivery Orders

All orders are placed using Cash On Delivery. The payment collected at the time of delivery is not reversed by the delivery agent during a return. Approved refunds are processed separately after the returned product has been received and inspected.

11. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Refund approval depends on the product's condition, the reason for return, and compliance with the applicable return requirements.

12. Refund Method

Since purchases are made exclusively through Cash On Delivery, approved refunds are processed separately from the original order payment. Depending on the available refund process, eligible refunds may be issued through an appropriate bank transfer, UPI, digital wallet, or other supported electronic method.

13. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

14. No Cash Refunds at Doorstep

Courier or pickup agents are not authorized to provide cash refunds at the time of product collection. Any approved refund will be processed through the designated refund method after the return has been verified.

15. Exchange or Replacement

Where available, an eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product may qualify for replacement instead of a refund. Replacement availability depends on product stock and successful verification of the reported issue.

16. Partial Returns

If an order contains multiple products, customers may be permitted to return eligible individual items rather than the entire order. Refunds, where approved, will generally correspond to the eligible returned item or items.

17. Failed Return Pickup

If a scheduled return pickup cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the package is not ready, the address is inaccessible, or the required product condition cannot be verified, another pickup attempt may be arranged where possible.

18. Inspection and Verification

Returned products may be inspected to confirm their condition, accessories, packaging, serial or identifying information where applicable, and the reason stated in the return request. The inspection result may affect return or refund approval.

19. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to investigate repeated, suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive return requests. Returns may be rejected where there is evidence of misuse of the return policy, intentional damage, product substitution, false claims, or other inappropriate activity.

20. Policy Changes

We may update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in products, logistics processes, refund procedures, or applicable requirements. The latest version published on the website will apply to eligible requests.

21. Customer Support

For questions regarding return eligibility, damaged products, replacement requests, return pickup, inspection, or refunds, customers may contact the customer support team through the support channels available on the website.
